Add completion to the --output/-o flag #105851

What type of PR is this?

/kind feature
/sig cli

What this PR does / why we need it:

Based on a suggestion from @eddiezane in a chat, this PR adds completion to the --output/-o flag.
For example:

$ kubectl get -o json<TAB>
json   jsonpath   jsonpath-as-json  jsonpath-file

Special notes for your reviewer:

The code could not be added in the pkg/util/completion.go as it needs to call back the original package to get the list of allowed output formats, which would create a circular dependency.

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?

kubectl will now provide shell completion choices for the --output/-o flag

For example:
$ kubectl get -o json<TAB>
json   jsonpath   jsonpath-as-json  jsonpath-file

Hi @marckhouzam. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.
